General Terms of Stay

Check-in

From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Reception by appointment. Early: after 9:30 AM you can leave your luggage; we will notify you as soon as your room is ready.

Check-out

By 10:30 AM. Early check-out: you can leave the key on the desk inside the room.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings, payment is due at check-in along with presentation of ID. Cancellation is possible until arrival at the property. As no advance payment is required, we ask our guests to promptly notify any cancellation. Early departure: the full stay amount is still due.

House Rules

• Smoking: prohibited throughout the property.
• Pets: not allowed.
• Quiet Hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Tourist tax: cash payment.
• Age limits: minors only if accompanied by a parent.
• Takeaway meals: not allowed in rooms.
• Parties: not allowed.
• Unregistered guests: not allowed on the premises.

Architectural barriers: at the building entrance, before the elevator access, there are six steps.
